At SafeWrite, we love to hear how the tools have helped users achieve their goals. Whether it is ISO accreditation, or simply to improve their internal processes with a more structured approach, the SafeWrite tools can help businesses of any size.
Hear from one of our users below:
Sally Treadwell – TGI Cargo
Sally is the WHS and OHSE Manager of TGI Cargo, a company specialising in moving project cargo and regular freight globally. They have offices situated throughout Australia with agents in the USA, Europe and, Asia.
TGI Cargo uses QMS, EP, and OH&S programs to ensure compliance with international standards and consistency throughout the organisation. They also use these programs to provide customers with effective and efficient documentation and procedures working at industry best practice. The programs allow regular assessment of and continual improvement to procedures used.
The initial reason for Sally reaching out to SafeWrite was to improve the company’s practices and procedures and to take TGI Cargo through the ISO accreditation processes. The Compliance tools SafeWrite SafeWrite offers made this process seamless.
“The SafeWrite system simplified the process of achieving accreditation for our company in QMS, OH&S and EP. The program was straightforward to use and staff were available when I had specific questions. Knowing that the program was compliant to International Standard requirements was an important feature when choosing the SafeWrite system.”
Sally was impressed that our product stays up to date with the standard requirements. It was straightforward to incorporate the company’s existing policies and procedures into the SafeWrite system knowing that the finished documents would comply to industry and international standards.
Sally has been working with SafeWrite for the past year and a half to build her company’s practices and procedures and has successfully passed the accreditation process in QMS, OH&S and EP using the SafeWrite system.
